GENERAL
The Villa Name Register reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by The Villa Name Register, where The Villa Name Register decides that the account has been inappropriately used. The Villa Name Register reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone. The Villa Name Register does not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:
Any material which infringes upon copyright, patent, or any other applicable intellectual property laws. The onus is on you the customer to prove that you own the rights to publish material, not for The Villa Name Register to prove that you do not.
Adult material, including all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content.
Downloadable files that do not form part of the site's content, and are not linked to from within that content.
Excessive numbers of downloadable files.
Refusal of service based on content matching any of these criteria is entirely at the discretion of The Villa Name Register. The Villa Name Register reserves the right to move your data to a different server without prior notice.

EMAIL SERVICE PROVISION
If The Villa Name Register identify a mailbox or domain that is causing problems; we will either remove the offending mailboxes or change their settings to resolve the issue. In extreme cases, we will disable email or suspend all services to the domain as appropriate.You may not use The Villa Name Register email services for any of the following:
To send messages or communications, which are unsolicited, offensive, abusive, indecent or obscene.
To send messages causing annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety to another user of the Internet.
To send messages for the purpose of Fraud and /or with the intention of committing a criminal offence.
To prevent The Villa Name Register's IP addresses being blacklisted, a domain held on The Villa Name Register servers may be disabled where we have received significant volumes of complaints concerning unsolicited mail originating from or unsolicited email being sent to promote sites being hosted on a The Villa Name Register server.

HIGH RESOURCE USE POLICY
The Villa Name Register may, at its sole discretion, immediately suspend a site that is found to be using an unreasonable amount of system resources, including bandwidth, processor utilization or disk space. This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our servers. Customers may be offered an option whereby The Villa Name Register continues hosting the site for an additional fee.

YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS
Please note that whilst your email address is primarily used for billing purposes, The Villa Name Register reserves the right to email you information about enhancements to our systems and product offerings. We will not provide any of your personal information to other companies or individuals without your permission. However, we may need to provide your name and delivery address to third parties that The Villa Name Register may use for the purposes of delivering specific services to you (e.g. customer support).

MARKETING AND PROMOTION
All The Villa Name Register packages require the inclusion of a promotional link for our services within the footer area of customer's sites. This promotional link will be included within the templated site design, and will not require any action on the part of the customer.We also reserve the right to use high level information and links to customer's sites within our marketing materials. Such use will never expose any of your personal details, in line with our published Privacy Policy.

PAYMENT POLICY
All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. Any client that fails to prepay but accesses the website to use the editing service will be tied into a six month cancellation period. Any client that refuses to pay shall have their website closed down. The Villa Name Register reserves the right to change prices of accounts or services at any time, all pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment subject to the client prepaying each month. All payment is in UK Pounds sterling, and all prices are displayed exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
The Villa Name Register reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. In this event customers will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon the remaining period of prepayment. If a customer contravenes The Villa Name Register's terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.Customers may cancel their account at any time by providing 30 days written notice to The Villa Name Register.Fees charged on a prepay basis are non-refundable.

INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold The Villa Name Register harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against The Villa Name Register, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Villa Name Register against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with The Villa Name Register's server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from The Villa Name Register's server.

DISCLAIMER
The Villa Name Register will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. The Villa Name Register makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. The Villa Name Register does not guarantee to back up your data/Web site and whilst every attempt would be made in the unlikely event of any corruption or hardware failure, The Villa Name Register cannot guarantee to be able to replace lost data. The Villa Name Register disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by The Villa Name Register and its employees. The Villa Name Register reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
